The deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.

Indian Head massage

The Indian head massage focuses mostly on the upper back, shoulders and scalp. The Indian head is a combination of deep massage and pressure points help to relax the muscles and releases the common spots for holding stress and tension.

  • Prior to your massage, we will ask preliminary questions to determine your overall health, physical condition, medical history, lifestyle, stress levels, medications, and any areas of physical pain that could affect your massage.

  • This information will help us to structure the session to achieve your health and wellness goals.
